About L’Association d’aide aux orphelinsAssociation d’aide aux orphelins is a non-profit organization founded in 2014 by Absa Lena Gadio in Dakar, Senegal. The organization’s mission is to help orphaned children by providing them with access to education, health care, and a supportive community.
Absa Lena Gadio started the organization out of a deep desire to make a positive impact in the lives of orphaned children. She had witnessed firsthand the challenges that these children face, including poverty, limited access to education, and social isolation. She recognized that these challenges could have long-lasting effects on the children’s wellbeing and future prospects.Since its founding, L’Association d’aide aux orphelins has worked tirelessly to support orphaned children in Dakar and the surrounding areas. The organization offers a range of programs and services designed to meet the diverse needs of the children it serves. These include:

  1. Education support: L’Association d’aide aux orphelins provides scholarships, school supplies, and tutoring to help orphaned children succeed in school and build a brighter future.
  2. Nutrition support: The organization distributes food parcels, runs school feeding programs, or provides nutritional supplements to ensure that orphaned children have access to nutritious food and maintain good health.
